Oral Communication Award for AIMMS researcher Eko Aditya Rifai
Eko Rifai, PhD student at the Molecular Toxicology Division, received the Shukri Award for the best oral communication at the 2019 AFPS conference.

The Asian Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (AFPS) conference was held in conjunction with the 4th International Conference on Advance Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (ICAPPS) in Bali, Indonesia, on October 23rd - 27th, 2019. Eko Rifai's oral presentation was entitled: "A comparative linear interaction energy and MM/PBSA study on SIRT1-ligand binding free energy calculation”, and was selected from more than 250 abstracts.
The Award is named to Prof. Tan Sri Dato' Wira Dr. Mohd Shukri Ab. Yajid, Founder and President of Management & Science University (MSU) in Malaysia. The Award was handed out by Prof. Dr. Eddy Yusuf, Vice President Global Affairs at MSU.
The subject of the winning oral communication is meanwhile also published in Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling, volume 59, issue 9, page 4018 - 4033.
